By far the best in business. We have been using them for several years. They have replaced 1 of our units for us. We still have 1 old unit that they service and take care of. Out the same day we called them and fixed it within 15 minutes. Great company!

I’ve called Matt for years now. Probably 5 or 6 times in the last 15 years. My two units are 22 years old now. He’s kept them going with minor repairs. Always a quick response and handles the problem with the cost as low as possible. Matt and his team are my go to. Highly recommend!

I have known this family for over three decades, but have never had the occasion to use Matthew’s services before now. The Hardins enjoy an excellent reputation in the community and Matthew‘s professionalism was no exception. He responded to my call right away after hours and restored cooling to my home by mid morning the next day. The costs were very reasonable and he kept me well informed of the work needed, and the repairs being made throughout the process. I could not be more pleased with my experience and highly recommend Hardin Heating & Cooling without reservation.

We have used Matthew and another young man who works for Hardin Heating and Cooling for a couple of years now. Matthew responds quickly to texts and phone calls, schedules our appointment and stays in touch if he is running late. He is professional, confident in his work but always explains the issue and how he will fix it, is very reasonable with what he charges, is mannerly and respectful of our time and property…finding someone who is honest, dependable, shows up in a timely fashion for the appointment and good at what he/she does these days is difficult. So thankful that Hardin Heating and Cooling is available in our area!
